Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CrawlDesk subscriptions.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
2. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and can be used indefinitely within its limits. No payment, and therefore no refund, applies.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or experienced a significant service failure, contact us and we will make it right.
Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@crawldesk.io from the address associated with your account, including your account email and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Consumer rights (EU/EEA right of withdrawal)
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service is a digital service supplied immediately, by starting to use it you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
