Terms of Service

1. The Service

CrawlDesk is a software-as-a-service tool that analyses websites for internal-linking opportunities and technical SEO issues, and suggests fixes. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

The Service is offered on a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle is the seller of record for all orders and handles all payment, billing, tax collection, refunds and related customer support on our behalf.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use the Service to access or scan sites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by CrawlDesk and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data and websites you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Recommendations (including AI-generated suggestions and confidence scores) are advisory; you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to your site. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence are not affected.
